The two apartments at Villa Ancora were brand new in 2010, beautifully furnished these luxury apartments are ideally located just a short distance from the historic walled city of Lagos and the award winning marina with the golden sands of Meia Praia and Dona Ana beaches just a short distance away. Each apartment is spacious and well equipped and is extremely suitable as either a holiday home or a permanent residence.
The apartments benefit from a keypad entry system and have ample parking both underground and outside. The pool areas are well maintained and have built in jacuzzi's with their own toilets and showers.
The apartments are serviced by English agents based in Lagos who will make sure they are clean and have the keys ready for you on your arrival. They will also try to take care of any problems you may experience during your stay. The apartments are fully air-conditioned with electric steel blinds to all double glazed windows and patio doors. There is a central vacuum system installed to all rooms.
Notes on prices
Prices stated on the tariff page are for the properties per week in UK pounds (prices in Euros can be quoted). Apart from July and August if you rent one apartment at full price you can rent the second identical apartment at half price for the same period. Ideal for groups up to twelve maximum. During July and August a small discount may be considered for a similar deal. Great discounts are available for longer term lets- contact the owners.
Changeover day
Totally flexible. There is a small additional charge for a change over on a Sunday.

About the apartment: (2 bedroom, sleeps 4/6)
The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower, the second room has twin beds and use of the second shower room with toilet. There are built in wardrobes in each room along with additional pieces of furniture. Both rooms lead out onto a second patio area facing the pool. The spacious living / kitchen area comprises a six seater dining table and seating for all including a sofa bed, 32" satellite television and DVD player. The open plan fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living area. The living area opens out onto a furnished patio area on the pool side with built in BBQ.
Outside
This apartment has two patio areas, one from the master bedroom and twin bedroom and one leading out from the lounge area with built in BBQ. The private patios are fully furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining and have their own sun loungers. There is a child proof lockable gate leading out onto the shared pool area that has a built in Jacuzzi and toilet/shower area.
