Two x 2 Bedroomed Luxury Apartments
The two aprtments at Vista Mar were brand new in 2008, furnished to a high standard these luxury apartments are located just a short walk from the beautiful golden sand beach at Porto de Mos with its own restaurants serving fresh locally caught fish. The old walled town of Lagos with its narrow cobbled side streets and colourful market square is only 2 km away. Each apartment is spacious and well equipped and is extremely suitable as either a holiday home or a permanent residence.
The gated complex has key pad entry and there is ample parking both oudside and underground. The two apartments can be accessed by either stairs or lift which goes all the way down to the underground parking area. Outside the well maintained pool area with its own jacuzzi has toilet and shower facilities.
The apartments are serviced by English agents based in Lagos who will make sure they are clean and have the keys ready for you on your arrival. They will also try to look after any problems you may experience during your stay. The apartments are fully air-conditioned with electric steel blinds to all double glazed windows and patio doors. There is a central vacuum cleaning system to all rooms.
Notes on prices
Prices are for the properties per week in UK pounds (prices in Euros can be quoted). Apart from July and August if you rent one apartment at full price you can rent the second identical apartment at half price for the same period. Ideal for groups up to twelve maximum. During July and August a small discount may be considered for a similar deal. Discounts are available for long term lets.
Changeover day
Totally flexible. There is a small additional charge for a change over on a Sunday.
Ground Floor
About the Apartment: (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4/6)
This is the ground floor apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed with orthopaedic mattress and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom with twin beds also has orthopaedic mattresses and has use of the second bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
There are built in wardrobes in each bedroom along with additional pieces of furniture. The spacious living area comprises a six seater dining table and seating for all including a sofa bed, there is a Satellite television and DVD player. The seperate kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave and all modern utensils. There is access from the kitchen to a rear patio area where washing can be dried.
Outside
The apartment has patio ares to the front and the rear. The front patio is accessed from the kitchen and is ideal for drying clothes etc. The centralised vacuum system is located here. The rear furnished patio catches the sun for most of the day and into the early evening, it has an inbuilt barbecue ideal for alfresco dining and can be accessed from the master bedroom and/or the lounge. There are views of the shared swimming pool and out to the Atlantic Ocean.
First Floor
The first floor apartment is identical to the ground floor, save for contrasting colour schemes.
